PRACTICE FOCUS

David C. Weaver focuses his practice on both complex civil litigation and business and transactional law. Mr. Weaver’s litigation practice includes, but is not limited to, complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, construction law, real estate litigation, and commercial landlord-tenant matters. In the area of business and transaction law, Mr. Weaver represents Maryland businesses by providing counsel in the selection and formation of business entities, sale and/or acquisition of businesses, and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Weaver also represents Maryland banking institutions in loan workouts, collections, and foreclosure proceedings. Additionally, he has served as a mediator for over 20 years in a variety of cases.
